Satellite Radio

SatelliteHCJB Global Voice have satellite radio networks on air across Latin America, Russia and the North Africa/Middle East region. These have two main purposes:

  • To provide quality Christian programmes for use by small, local radio stations including those created by our Radio Planting projects.
  • To bring Christian programmes direct to homes, especially in areas hostile to the Gospel.

North Africa/Middle East

The Arabic satellite network airs programmes direct-to-home 24 hours a day. This region has the world's highest concentration of personal satellite dishes and recent independent research shows that 1 million households are listening every week. Visit www.onehousehold.org.uk to find out more.

ALAS

ALAS (America Latina via Satelite) delivers quality Christian programmes to affiliate AM and FM radio stations across Central and South America as well as Spain. Visit the ALAS website (Spanish).

New Life Radio

This Russian satellite radio network is operated by Christian Radio for Russia with HCJB Global providing equipment support. The network makes quality Christian programming available to radio stations across the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, and also airs via the internet at www.nlradio.net.
