- Job function: Help indigenous communities successfully build and maintain a water system and sanitation. Volunteers do water system design, construction planning, project estimating and project coordination.

- Needed skills: Familiarity with water system design, water quality issues, topographical surveying, and plumbing/electrical/construction skills are helpful.

- Work Environment: volunteers must be willing to travel in rustic rural environments, stay in rural communities as necessary, and work with an international-multicultural team emphasizing Biblical values of development.

- A deep conviction of the importance of a Christian response to the clean water and sanitation need in lesser developed countries is essential.

Qualified and licensed nurses (LPNs,RNs and BSNs) are needed in both Quito and Shell. Must have a genuine interest in bed-side patient care and hands on nursing (including ability to help move patients). Two years of postgrad experience required. Some expertise in intensive care, pediatrics or obstetrics is helpful. Adaptability required. 
In Shell, be prepared to do whatever is needed- act as pharmacist, cashier, or data entry clerk. Cover Emergency Room during evening and night shifts. 3 rotating shifts working with nationals. Many opportunities for extracurricular ministry in Quito and in Shell.

A person with radio experience to produce creative material for local radio in the UK. Full-time preferred.
